Fair review process

Complaints

We take clear, evidence-based complaints seriously and use them to improve the accuracy of our work.

What you can complain about

You may contact us about inaccurate or misleading LunarLondonst content, an undisclosed commercial relationship, a privacy concern, an accessibility barrier, a broken link or conduct in a direct communication from our team.

How to submit a complaint

Email with the subject line “Complaint”. Include the page URL, the specific wording or feature involved, why you believe it is wrong or unfair, and any reliable source that supports your concern.

Protect your information

Do not send passwords, payment information, full account histories or identity documents. We do not need them to investigate content published on LunarLondonst.

How we review it

  1. We identify the page, policy or communication involved.
  2. We compare the complaint with our records and reliable primary sources.
  3. We correct clear factual errors as soon as they are confirmed.
  4. We explain the outcome or request focused information if more detail is needed.

Complaints about an operator

We cannot investigate account decisions or resolve a dispute on behalf of a listed platform. First use the operator’s official complaints procedure. If its final response does not resolve an eligible dispute, the response should identify the approved alternative dispute resolution service available to you.

Privacy and accessibility concerns

Privacy requests are handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Accessibility reports should describe the device, browser and task that could not be completed so we can reproduce the barrier and assess a practical correction.

Fair communication

We welcome criticism and disagreement. Messages that threaten, impersonate another person, disclose unlawful material or repeatedly obstruct a review may be limited. A firm complaint will still be considered when it contains enough information to assess the issue.
